US Expedited Shipping
US customers have the option to select expedited shipping through DHL/Fedex, with an estimated delivery time of 4-8 business days.
Additional Shipping Fees for Selected Regions
For shipping addresses in Islands, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Peru, India, Monaco, Colombia, Cyprus, Mexico and other countries, an extra shipping fee will be added.
Customer Responsibility
Out-Shine strives for smooth deliveries, but refunds/resends are not available for refused packages or incorrect addresses (please double-check at checkout).
Customs Charges
Please be aware that customers are responsible for paying the applicable duties and taxes upon delivery (US prices include GST). The shipping carrier may withhold or destroy the package if these fees remain unpaid. In such cases, Out-Shine will not provide a refund or resend the package.
